The inflammation produced within the joints can also involve the surrounding muscles. As a result, pain is experienced in the muscles and joints. The treatment of arthritis involves continuous use of medicines which has many side effects. For this reason, most people turn towards reflexology. Reflexology works wonders for the arthritic pain. It is very beneficial for the foot pain due to arthritis or any disease.
