Obviously, you can get away with eating large quantities of salad without consuming too many calories which isn’t the case if you’re eating chocolate.
You also need to exercise self-discipline when it comes to exercise so that you actually do some, as you might be tempted to skip a workout session, but if you miss one it becomes easier to miss another one and another one and soon you may not even bother to exercise at all.
Thus, self-discipline is a very useful attribute to possess if you’re aiming to lose weight and keep it off.
