The best way to Lose Weight

Normally, when people want to lose weight they will say, “I’ve had enough! I’m only going to eat fresh fruit and vegetables” Well in my opinion this is the wrong way to go about it. If you want to lose weight the one thing that you don’t want to do is upsetting your body by changing completely, it will be too much of a shock for your system, which is only going to make you feel worse.
The key to losing weight is this:
1. exercise.
2. try to have a variety of things.
If you do this then you will lose weight because you can’t just stop eating food with collieries in them because, believe it or not your body needs them! The key is not to have to much of any type of food, you should not snack between meals, and if you feel compelled to do so then try to resist getting a chocolate bar. Get yourself something like a sandwich, a piece of fruit anything which you believe will do you some good to eat.
Many people groan when they think of exersiseing. However, this should not be the case. It does not mean that you have to go jogging every morning or start up a new gym membership. Even if you just walk to work or school just once a week, walking your dog or mealy playing with your family or friends. A lot of people make the mistake of going cold turkey and will lose loads of weight quickly but feel so ill afterwords that they end up putting more weight on then they lost in the first place! The trick is to take it slowly you don’t need to completely alter your lifestyle you just need to be a bit more careful. Don’t be depressed about it you need t be happy. Play with your kid, go swimming oe even a simple game of bowling will help you on your way.
