Salt mixed in warm water as a mouthwash is a great home remedy to get rid of stains, plaque and infections. It is extremely effective and great as a long term usage in order to diminish any infections that may arise. However it should not be used every day, a couple of times a week is enough.

While the more expensive methods will whiten your teeth much quickly, these tips will certainly leave you with a brighter, whiter smile in the long run. So do not give up and regularly use these tips and soon you’ll be noticing that your teeth are whitening!
