Deep breathing

This will help to keep your body in tiptop shape and help you better cope with stress and anxiety.

Exercise

Exercise is good for your body. It gets the heart pumping and oxygen circulating in the blood. It helps to improve both your physical and mental health. It increases the amount of serotonin and endorphins in your body. Both serotonin and endorphins help to control feelings of anxiety and depression.

Sleep

The amount of sleep you get each night can also affect the way you cope with stress and anxiety. Your brain needs sleep in order for its neurons to regenerate. Your ability to recall information, retain new memories, and cope with the stress of every day life is impaired when these neuron are not allowed to repair themselves. So, it is advisable to aim for 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.
