Replace them with fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and dip, cheese sticks, cheese and crackers, nuts, and low butter popcorn. This also works with snacks. You will eat only one snack because you are full and not go back to the kitchen for a second one. Remember, your stomach is only so big.
